The independent design, the convertible interior and the rich equipment make the SUV an attractive representative of the small car segment. Whether it's more legroom for passengers or more space in the trunk - every plan is easy to realize thanks to the rear seat bench, which can be moved by 14 centimeters.
This means that the load volume can be increased from 385 to 455 liters or even grow to up to 1281 liters when the rear seat backrest is completely folded down.
Safety techniques as in higher class
The brand's smallest SUV is comprehensively equipped with safety technologies previously reserved for higher vehicle classes, advancing it to one of the safest models in its segment.
The Front Assist environment monitoring system with pedestrian detection and city emergency braking function, Lane Assist lane departure warning, Hill Start Assist, Blind Spot Detection lane change assistant and combined parking assistant are always on board.
Optimal networking and 300 watt sound
Up to four USB ports and inductive wireless charging ensure optimum networking and sufficient power for smartphones. The optional keyless locking and starting system Keyless Access makes access to the T-Cross more convenient; Light Assist, which is also available as an option, automatically turns the high beams on and off again in the event of oncoming traffic.
Another highlight is the optional sound system from the renowned US brand Beats with a 300-watt 8-channel amplifier and a separate subwoofer in the trunk.
Gasoline and diesel from 95 hp on offer
Gasoline engines. The two 1.0 TSI three-cylinder gasoline engines with gasoline particulate filter produce 95 hp and 115 hp. The 1.6 TDI has 95 hp. A more powerful gasoline engine with 150 hp will follow at the end of 2019. All gasoline engines and the diesel engine meet the Euro 6d-Temp emissions standard.
