A total of three output levels of the 3.0-liter TDI engine with exactly 2967 cubic centimeters of displacement are now available. These reach 204 hp or 224 hp; the 163 hp variant will follow in mid-2017. Even more power comes with the overboost function, which can briefly increase the output of the V6 TDI with 224 hp by up to a further 20 hp depending on the driving situation. All powertrains meet the current EU-6 emissions standard. A top speed of up to 193 kilometers per hour and a sprint from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour are possible in 7.9 seconds.
Selectable or permanent 4Motion all-wheel drive
For the launch, the Amarok Liberty is available with a comprehensive equipment package. The Chrome III style package with stainless steel styling bar and stainless steel sill tubes with steps is included in addition to the Highline equipment. The "Discover Media" radio/navigation system, electrically operated front seats and 19-inch "Milford" alloy wheels are included in the equipment package. The model is available with selectable 4Motion all-wheel drive or permanent 4Motion with 8-speed automatic transmission. Prices start at 43,830 Swiss francs with a price advantage of 3680 Swiss francs excluding VAT.
