Since its launch in 2005, the Aygo has captivated youthful and forward-thinking customers.

Because this should be no different in the future, the design studio ED2 was commissioned to visualize its vision for subcompact cars. The result is the Aygo X Prologue study.

Ken Bills, Deputy Chief Designer ED²: "I'm convinced that with the Aygo X Prologue, we're proving that even a small car can have a big and bold personality."

Aygo
With its bold two-tone implementation, the Aygo X Prologue is sure to attract plenty of attention on the road.

Wedge-shaped roof line emphasizes dynamic design
The fresh look of the Aygo X Prologue attracts attention from all sides. The two-tone implementation creates a graphic profile that attracts attention on the road.

The wedge-shaped roofline emphasizes the dynamic design, and the large, distinctive radiator grille, headlights and underride guard with hexagon motif characterize the front end. The two-tone design takes the color balance to a new level.

The color scheme is completed by the fine scattering of blue metallic flakes integrated into the color mix. The resulting iridescent effect is called Sparkling Chilli Red.

Capture discovery tours with action camera
The exterior mirror houses an action camera that can be used to capture and share discovery tours. Finally, an integrated roof rack accentuates the vehicle profile and creates a visual link to the hexagonal taillights.

ED2 President Ian Cartabiano: "When I look at the Aygo X Prologue, I'm really proud of what the ED2 team has created. I'm excited to see it revolutionize the segment. The vehicle now presented as a study is close to the future series."
