New design features include a three-dimensional grille, polished alloy wheels, two-tone paint finishes and factory-matched interior color packages.

Hybrid drive as standard
The 1.2-liter, 83-hp engine that powers the Swift provides even more momentum. The unit features a new dual injection system and, according to the manufacturer, offers both a significantly more powerful response and improved fuel efficiency.

The fuel efficiency of the drive is further enhanced when it operates with the hybrid system, which is fitted as standard in all Swift Facelift models. The hybrid drive converts the kinetic energy generated during braking into electrical energy, which is used to charge the lithium-ion battery.

Intelligent safety technology
In addition to the safety technologies installed in the current model, such as emergency braking system with collision warning, lane departure warning and the high-beam assistant, the Japanese model now also offers traffic sign recognition, blind spot assistant and lane guidance assistant, which detects speeds between 60 and 160 km/h.

The system automatically assists the driver with interventions in the electronic power steering to get back on track.

Swift
The new Suzuki Swift is now also available in attractive two-tone paint finishes.

Radiator grille in dotted design
The new Swift is eye-catching with its striking front end, broad shoulders and characteristic windows drawn around the corner. The seemingly floating roof and vertically arranged headlights accentuate the appearance.

The radiator grille in a dot-shaped design with a chrome trim strip and polished alloy wheels also give it a striking look.

Silver ornaments emphasize optics
The sporty, elegant interior design includes cylindrical gauges, a cockpit-like center console and a steering wheel that is flattened at the bottom. The facelift model is available with silver trim, which further emphasizes the modern look inside.

Prices for the new Suzuki Swift start at 18,990 Swiss francs.
