Externally, the new Forester Sport is recognizable by the orange styling elements in the front and rear aprons, as well as on the railing and side sills.
The color orange is also picked up again in the interior - in the seat seams, on the leather combinations, on the mouths of the air vents and on the surround of the shift console.
For a sporty contrast to the orange, the 18-inch alloy wheels and the covers of the front fog lamps are finished in dark gray and the radiator grille in black.
Exterior colors to choose from are Cristal White Pearl, Ice Silver Metallic, Magnetite Gray Metallic, Crystal Black Silica and Dark Blue Pearl, all perfectly matching the orange color.
Assistants ensure optimum safety
Contributing to the Forester's high level of safety are Eyesight with emergency braking system and active lane departure warning, radar-based lane change, blind spot and cross-traffic assist, high beam assist and the driver recognition system with drowsiness and attention warning.
Advanced Emergency Brake Assist also reduces the risk of accidents when reversing, and a side-view camera simplifies parking.
Hybrid drive system with 150 hp and 194 Nm
Technically, the Forester e-Boxer Sport is based on the hybrid drive system with two-liter boxer gasoline engine (194 Nm, 150 hp), which is also used in the Impreza and XV models.
Prices start at 43,950 francs.
