Engines are available with 190 or 270 hp
There are two powertrains to choose from. The 2.0 TDI diesel unit produces 190 hp (400 Nm). The 2.0 TDI is equipped with an SCR catalytic converter with AdBlue injection and a diesel particulate filter and therefore meets the Euro 6d-TEMP emissions standard.
The 2.0 TSI gasoline engine produces 270 hp and a maximum torque of 350 Nm on the road. In addition to all-wheel drive, it is also equipped with the 7-speed DSG as standard.
Robust cladding and aluminum look
Compared to the other members of the family, the Scout has newly designed and robust bumpers at the front and rear, each with an aluminum-look underride guard.
As standard, the Scout rolls on 18-inch diameter Braga alloy wheels, which are also available in two colors as an option. The two-tone Manaslu alloy wheels in 19 inches are available as an option.
The optional swiveling trailer coupling for towing with a towing capacity of 2200 kilos is mechanically unlocked.
Heated front seats are standard equipment
In the interior, Scout welcomes its passengers with special wood-look decorative trim, which, like the front seats, bears the Scout logo. The seat covers are made of a specific fabric fiber with contrasting stitching. Heated front seats are standard equipment. The central display is equipped with additional offroad displays.
Like all Combi versions of the Superb, the Scout has the largest trunk in its class with a volume of 660 to 1950 liters. The tailgate can be operated electrically and can also be opened with the virtual pedal by swiveling the foot under the rear apron.
