New light-alloy wheels with up to 20 inches underline the dynamic appearance of the Kodiaq, among other things.
From July, the Å koda Kodiaq will come with a revised design, aluminum-look inserts on the front and rear apron and thus an even stronger off-road look. At the front, the raised hood, the redesigned, more upright radiator grille and the optional full LED matrix headlights stand out.
Interior with ambient lighting
With new decorative trim, contrast stitching and enhanced ambient lighting functions, as well as ergonomic seats, the 2021 Kodiaq also elevates the interior to a new level.
The optional Canton sound system now offers another ten speakers in addition to the central speaker in the instrument panel and the subwoofer in the trunk. A Virtual Cockpit with 10.25-inch display and four basic views is available as an option; it is standard in the Kodiaq RS.
Also available with a third row of seats on request
The sporty top model Kodiaq RS gets a new engine in addition to the visual polish. The 2.0 TSI Evo gasoline engine from the VW Group produces 245 hp.
It is combined with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. Other powertrain options include the 2.0 TSI with 190 hp and the 2-liter TDI units with 150 and 200 hp.
The 4.70-meter SUV is also available with a fold-out third row of seats to carry up to seven people or up to 2065 liters of luggage.
Production of the Kodiaq began in 2016 at the Kvasiny plant in the Czech Republic, but has been expanded to sites in China, India and Russia.
