Back in 2012 - with the market launch of the third generation - the Leon was the first vehicle in its segment with full-LED technology.

The design and engineering teams have now outdone themselves once again with the brand's bestseller, creating a lighting concept that brings out the independent design language in the interior.

Expressive appearance
On the outside, the next-generation Leon is equipped with full-LED technology: At the front are headlights that optimally illuminate even the darkest streets.

Even before driving off, the Spaniard greets you when you unlock the door with the characteristic welcome light that projects "Hola!" onto the floor.

At the rear, a continuous light band extends between the taillights, showing a striking play of light when the vehicle is started. The rear is also equipped with dynamic turn signals that indicate the direction of travel even more clearly to other road users, thus increasing overall safety.

New sense of space thanks to light
In the interior, the sense of well-being is noticeably enhanced by the innovative lighting concept. This is ensured by the lighting that runs around the entire cockpit and along the doors. The Leon's lighting technology was designed and developed at the technical center in Martorell.

The fourth generation of the Leon will be officially presented to the global public on January 28.
