It's a rather unusual feeling to drive a car without actually sitting behind the wheel.

Seat Switzerland is also taking advantage of this technology. Interested parties can get behind the wheel of the new Leon to discover its interior while driving through the streets of Barcelona.

Leon
The new Seat Leon will be available from the start of sales as a sedan and in the Sportstourer estate version.

Occupants in the center of the passenger compartment

Interior designer David Jofré: "When entering, the driver and passengers are surrounded by the feeling of being in the center of the passenger compartment. On the dashboard and doors, we implemented new design features to create an all-around effect."

Maximum width and sporty character
Each element has been designed with ergonomic precision to make the interior even more comfortable.

David Jofré: "The high backrests and maximum possible width at the top provide more comfort and protection while emphasizing the sporty character."

Display is the main attraction
The central 10-inch infotainment display is the main attraction in the interior. It is equipped with a gesture control system that greatly simplifies user interactions.

Jaume Sala, Head of Interior Design Leon: "The prominent, raised position of the screen gives the driver even more of a feeling than before of being able to control the vehicle with his fingertips - when interacting with multimedia, with the air conditioning or with the driving assistant."

Prices for the new Seat Leon in Switzerland start at 23,950 Swiss francs (Reference model with 110 hp and 6-speed transmission).
