Renault: Rafale in an elegant top version
NEW HYBRID DRIVE The Renault Rafale E-Tech 4×4 will be launched in the fall in the Esprit Alpine and Atelier Alpine versions. The Bleu Sommet Satin paint color, the black roof spoiler and the 21-inch wheels are exclusive.
Renault presents the Rafale E-Tech 4×4 with efficient plug-in hybrid drive, which enables an electric range of up to 100 kilometers in everyday use. With the electric motor on the rear axle, the new top model has permanently active all-wheel drive. The Atelier Alpine version, which focuses even more on driving pleasure, is particularly exclusive. The chassis settings made by Alpine engineers and the active suspension ensure a particularly dynamic driving experience.
Top motorization
The drive system of the Rafale E-Tech 4×4 consists of a 1.2-liter three-cylinder combustion engine, three electric motors and a 22 kWh battery, which deliver a maximum of 220 kW (300 hp) in the system. In addition to the two electric drive motors on the front and rear axles, a high-voltage starter-generator is also used.
This offers impressive driving performance. The car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.4 seconds and from 80 to 120 km/h in 4.0 seconds.
Special attributes
More than a dozen engineers from Alpine Cars have made several chassis modifications for the Atelier Alpine variant. Shock absorbers and shock absorber stops, springs, front and rear axle stabilizers and the 21-inch wheels with Continental tyres are special, and the adaptive damping has also been further developed. On the outside, the Rafale E-Tech Atelier Alpine can also be recognized by the exclusive body paint in Bleu Sommet Satin and the roof spoiler in Noir Etoilé. As a tribute to the Alpine brand, the interior of the Esprit Alpine and Atelier Alpine models features a blue carpet.
