The engine from the 718 Spyder and 718 Cayman GT4 accelerates both models from zero to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds and up to 293 km/h. The standard sports suspension is lowered by two centimeters and features torque vectoring with mechanical rear axle differential lock. The Sport Chrono package with advanced Porsche Track Precision app is also standard. The PASM sports suspension, which lowers the body by a further ten millimetres, is available as an option.
Sports exhaust system and 6-speed gearbox
The mid-engine sports cars transmit their power via a six-speed gearbox, have a sports exhaust system and roll on 20-inch alloy wheels in semi-gloss black. High-performance 235/35 ZR 20 tires at the front and 265/35 ZR 20 tires at the rear provide a clear view of the perforated discs and the red callipers of the brake system.
Dark contrasting details
The ceramic brake can be ordered as an option. Dark contrasting details indicate the special status of the GTS vehicles: This applies to the spoiler lip, the air intake of the front fascia, which is black throughout, the lenses of the front fog lights, the lenses of the rear lights and the redesigned rear lower section.
Crimson or chalk as desired
The interior is dominated by dark Alcantara. The optional GTS interior package brings another color into play: there is a choice of carmine red or chalk. This can be used to accentuate the dial of the rev counter, the seat belts, all decorative stitching including the embroidered GTS emblem in the headrests and the Porsche lettering on the black-trimmed floor mats. The trim elements and the panel of the center console are made of carbon.

The 718 Cayman GTS 4.0 is available in Switzerland including country-specific equipment and VAT at a price of 108,200 francs, while the 718 Boxster GTS 4.0 costs 110,900 francs. Swiss customers benefit from an extended warranty (2 + 2) and the Porsche Swiss Package. This includes: automatically dimming mirrors with rain sensor, dual-zone automatic air conditioning, Power Steering Plus, Connected Navigation, windshield with gray wedge, Parking Assistant front and rear incl. reversing camera, Tempostat, speed limit display and digital radio.
