With a torque of 850 Nm and a peak output of 640 hp, the new Cayenne Turbo GT completes the standard sprint to 100 km/h in just 3.3 seconds. Porsche quotes a top speed of 300 km/h. The Turbo GT, which is available as a four-seater coupé, comes with all available chassis systems and specially developed tires.

Proof of the best circuit characteristics was provided by test driver Lars Kern, who completed the Nürburgring-Nordschleife in 7:38.9 minutes and thus set a new SUV record.

Turbo GT
The Cayenne Turbo GT rolls into dealerships at the end of September. Prices start at 240,900 Swiss francs.

Further noticeably optimized driving dynamics
Compared to the Cayenne Turbo Coupé, the body of the Turbo GT is up to 17 millimetres lower. In addition, the suspension components and control systems have been further optimized for lateral and longitudinal dynamics. The torque vectoring control now allows even higher degrees of locking.

The wheel geometry has been adapted so that the special 22-inch P Zero Corsa performance tires from Pirelli offer even more contact area. The Ceramic Composite Brake is fitted ex works.

In order to achieve the 640 hp, the engineers have extensively developed the four-liter V8 biturbo. The eight-speed tiptronic now shifts even faster and has additional water cooling for the transfer case.

Lots of carbon on the outside, lots of Alcantara on the inside
Other special features of the new GT include the front with spoiler lip and enlarged cooling intakes, the carbon roof, the carbon side plates on the roof spoiler and the black wheel arch extensions. A carbon diffuser panel rounds off the rear view.

The sporty character of the Cayenne Turbo GT is underlined by the interior appointments with extended Alcantara trim. Sports seats at the front and new rear seats are standard. The Turbo GT also marks the debut of the next generation of Porsche Communication Management.
