Brand ambassador Jürgen Klopp shows the new Opel Mokka in the all-electric version.
The technology of the Blitz with E-Power is now being put through its paces, tuned and validated before market launch. Comment from brand ambassador Jürgen Klopp after a first seat test: "Such a cool car."
Production will start in the fourth quarter of this year. The finished production vehicles will roll out to customers in early 2021.

Digital environment in the interior
Although still camouflaged, the new Mokka already shows its crisp proportions with the short body overhangs even under the green-black film. The further developed Opel design philosophy is clearly evident here.
To this end, drivers and passengers will be able to enjoy a fully digital environment in the interior. The designers paid attention to reducing things to the essentials.
Choice between electric car and combustion engine
The new generation does without the appended X in its name - just like the bestseller's debut in 2012. Back then, the first Mokka surprised with its small dimensions and great impact on onlookers. The new one follows on from this kind of small and robust.
Opel CEO Michael Lohscheller: "Even more compactly cut for city driving - even more boldly styled for the grand entrance. Extra efficient, clear and bold, Opel is adding the pure battery-electric Mokka right from the market launch. So the customer will have the choice between a pure electric vehicle and a combustion engine."
