Both the turbocharged entry-level engine with 163 hp and the 190 hp top model with twin turbocharging benefit from the improvements. As a result, the Nissan Navara is more economical on the road: according to the factory, the most economical version (163 hp 4×2) will in future have a combined standard consumption of 6.1 liters per 100 kilometers, which corresponds to a reduction of 0.2 liters compared to the Euro 5 engine. Emissions are reduced by eight to 159 g/km in this version. The automatic start-stop system, which is now always on board in conjunction with the six-speed manual gearbox, also contributes to the savings.
Improvements to the equipment ex works
With the technical modifications, the gross vehicle weight of the Navara increases from 3010 to up to 3045 kilograms, depending on the version, while the unladen weight increases by five to 38 kilograms. The payload of one tonne remains unaffected, as does the permissible towing capacity of 3.5 tons.
In addition to the color instrument cluster, the factory equipment now includes cruise control and speed limiter, Bluetooth hands-free system, outside temperature display and multifunction steering wheel. Prices start at 28,115 francs.
