New Red, Vivid Blue and Chestnut Bronze are the currently available colors of the new generation Nissan Qashqai with 1.3-liter engines.
No Nissan is more successful than the Qashqai. Most are powered by 1.2-liter or 1.6-liter gasoline engines. In the future, a 1.3-liter turbo DIG-T with 140 or 160 hp will take over the drive. The engine is no stranger to Allianz, as it already powers the Scénic and Captur from Allianz's sister company Renault - and also the small Star.
Dual-clutch transmission on offer
A dual-clutch transmission is also available for the Qashqai along with the new power unit. All-wheel drive is not planned for the new gasoline engines until early next year. The 4×4 technology remains reserved for the large diesel, which is also being renewed. Prices have not yet been set for this model.
Prices start from 24 450 francs
The fresh gasoline engines are available from 24,450 Swiss francs (Visa), and the more powerful version with a seven-speed dual clutch is available from 32,300 Swiss francs (Acenta). Those who don't have a problem reaching for the gearshift lever themselves are well served by the 140 hp entry-level version.
Trailer load increased by 200 kilos
The fact that the more powerful version is faster can be seen from the data sheet: the sprint to 100 km/h now takes just 8.9 seconds, and the top speed climbs to 200 things. An important argument for a purchase will be that the towing capacity has been increased by 200 kilograms to 1.5 tons. Another reason: The new dual-clutch transmission is reserved for this variant.
Connect system with 7-inch touchscreen
Nissan also gave the Qashqai a new infotainment system. The Nissan Connect system with 7-inch touchscreen supports smartphone connectivity via Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.... Those who prefer to rely on a permanently installed navigation system can use the Tom-Tom system with improved destination entry, 3D map display and real-time traffic data (free for five years).
