With its optimized design, numerous technical updates and connectivity solutions, the new A 7 Sportback embodies a modern Gran Tourismo for the long haul.

According to the company, the four-door coupe embodies a new kind of Gran Turismo - with dynamic lines, consistent digitization, a sporty driving experience and a variable space concept.

Unmistakable
At the front, the wider, lower-positioned single-frame grille compared with the Audi A8 and the narrow headlights and air intakes convey the sportiness of a Gran Turismo. The headlights are available in three versions; in the middle and highest trim levels, the light signature picks up on the theme of digitization: Separated by narrow gaps, 12 light segments stand side by side here. The HD Matrix LED headlights with Audi laser light are available as the top version.

Little chrome
The exterior design does without chrome in large areas. There is a choice of 15 colors in the paint compartment, including eight new ones. An optional S line exterior package complements the design measures.

Fully networked
With its extensive networking, the Audi A7 is equipped for the long haul. It offers customers comfort, safety and individualization options. The Gran Turismo adopts the infotainment and connectivity offering of the Audi A8. Up to seven drivers can save their preferred settings in individual user profiles. The driver uses the AI button to activate the Audi AI Remote Parking Pilot and the Audi AI Remote Garage Pilot, which will be available later in 2018. They automatically steer the new A7 Sportback into and out of a parking space or garage. The driver can get out beforehand and start the function via the myAudi app on his smartphone.

Mild Hybrid System
All engines in the new A7 Sportback feature a new mild hybrid electric vehicle (MHEV) system as standard for greater comfort and efficiency. The four-door coupe can "sail" between 55 and 160 km/h with the engine deactivated in overrun mode. At market launch, the new Audi A7 Sportback will initially be available as a 3.0 V6 TFSI. The V6 turbo produces 250 kW/340 hp. The A7 Sportback will launch on the Swiss market at the end of February 2018 starting at CHF 72,200.
