The connectivity solution makes it possible to manage orders online and retrieve vehicle information such as location, fuel level or maintenance intervals almost in real time. The technical basis for Mercedes Pro is the communication module (LTE) installed in all Sprinters as an interface between the fleet manager (web-based vehicle management tool) and the driver (Mercedes-Benz apps).
Mileage and route planning
Depending on requirements, a total of eight packages with 18 services are available. Parameters such as the industry, fleet size, annual mileage or the dynamics of route planning are taken into account.
