Mercedes: The EQE SUV is the star for all occasions 🎥
BIG AND POWERFUL Mercedes-Benz sees the new EQE SUV as a multi-purpose derivative of the business sedan. Like the base model, the 4.86-meter-long SUV variant also includes all EQE innovations, but is even more dynamic.
With exterior dimensions of 4.86 meters in length, 1.94 meters in width and 1.69 meters in height, the all-electric EQE SUV is one of the most spacious representatives of its class, although it is 30 centimeters shorter than the sedan and has a wheelbase that is nine centimeters shorter. With its modified proportions, the new Purpose-design model is intended to combine aesthetics and sporty SUV character.

Known platform for fourth model
The Mercedes electric platform is now being used in the fourth model of the new SUV. The modular drive concept enables a range of drive outputs from 215 to 300 kW (292 to 408 hp). Depending on the equipment, the vehicles can thus achieve ranges of up to 590 kilometers.
The chassis of the EQE SUV consists of a four-link axle at the front and a space-beam axle at the rear. With the short wheelbase and the corresponding chassis tuning, the car already appears remarkably agile with the basic setup.
The Airmatic air suspension is available as an optional extra, and the vehicle can be raised by up to 30 millimeters if required. In addition to the Dynamic Select program with four driving modes, the 4Matic models also have an off-road mode.
Headlamp technology with new functions
Based on numerous factors, the navigation system plans the fastest and most comfortable route, including charging stops. It also reacts dynamically to traffic jams or changes in driving style. Digital Light headlamp technology enables new functions such as the projection of auxiliary markings or warning symbols onto the road.
In the version from AMG with a brawny 505 kW
The first all-electric performance SUV to come out of Affalterbach is the even sportier AMG version (gallery below) which, with two electric motors, makes up to a beefy 505 kW (687 hp) available. Standard features include fully variable all-wheel drive, AMG air suspension, rear-axle steering and roll stabilization.
