Mercedes-Benz E-Class Convertible 2017

Mercedes-Benz continues its tradition of open-top convertibles with a classic soft top at a high level. The chassis, which has been lowered by 15 mm compared with the sedan, enables a sports level even with 17-inch standard tires. The soft top is available in dark brown, dark blue, dark red or black. It is designed as a fully automatic acoustic soft top as standard and can be opened and closed completely in 20 seconds, up to a speed of 50 km/h. The soft top has a multi-layered structure with an elaborate design. Its multi-layered construction with elaborate insulation reduces wind and driving noise. As a completely new feature, the 50:50 folding rear seat backrests offer a through-loading option into the interior. As a member of the current E-Class family, the new Cabriolet offers all the features already familiar from the E-Class sedan and coupe as an option. Active Brake Assist is standard. The climate control system developed specifically for convertibles responds fully automatically to whether the car is being driven open or closed. The cabriolet is also available for the first time with 4Matic four-wheel drive.

Interior: yacht blue / macchiato beige; trim parts: wood light brown glossy
