Maserati: First photos of the topless variant of the GT
CABRIO FOLLOWS COUPÉ In the wake of the launch of the Maserati Gran Turismo, the first prototypes of the new Gran Cabrio are now on the road in and around Modena. They represent the initial phase of development testing.
The electric future has already begun at Maserati. The Gran Turismo coupe and the Gran Cabrio soft-top variant are the brand's first models to feature an all-electric powertrain.
This marks the launch of the Folgore electric model program, with which Maserati aims to set standards in every market segment. By 2030, every production vehicle on offer will be fully electric.
Testing on roads and race tracks
The prototypes of the new Gran Cabrio are currently undergoing intensive testing until the market launch expected next year. The vehicles are being driven on the road, on the racetrack and under a wide range of operating conditions in order to gather essential data for optimum final tuning.
