Sportage
After a 28-year run, the Kia Sportage will come to Switzerland in a completely new fifth generation at the beginning of 2022.

The Kia Sportage's success to date is rooted in its ability to reinvent itself time and again. Now Kia has redesigned the SUV, which already has a 28-year history, from the ground up.

In its fifth generation, the Sportage comes on a new platform and in specifically European versions, in some region also with long and short wheelbase.

Interior now offers more space
In the redesigned interior with clever use of space, drivers and passengers benefit from generous headroom and legroom, and the Sportage also sets new standards in terms of trunk volume. It has also been improved in terms of active and passive safety.

For a dynamic, engaging driving experience, the Korean comes with a host of technical innovations, such as the e-handling system, which improves the vehicle's driving dynamics, agility and stability. Thanks to the new generation of electronically controlled adaptive suspension and variable damping control, comfort and a high level of safety are guaranteed.

First deliveries in early 2022
Since the new Sportage will not reach Swiss dealers until early 2022, no information about the engine variants is currently available. Prices will also not be named until later.

Artur Martins, Senior Vice President and Head of Global Brand and Customer Experience at Kia Corporation, said, "The new Sportage is a true inspiration for this class in every way. It is the ultimate urban SUV with forward-thinking design and technical innovations that guarantee optimal handling."
