The personalized, separated front seats combine optimized operation to create an experience for both driver and front passenger. The first images of the new model reveal innovative elements.
Long hood and short overhangs
The All-New Tucson is larger and wider overall than previous models, with a long hood, short overhangs and a longer wheelbase. This gives it a sleek character, similar to a coupe.

World premiere on social channels
The digital world premiere of the All-New Tucson will take place on September 15 at 2:30. The livestream, a teaser video and images will be available at www.hyundai.com and on Hyundai's social channels.
Extreme climatic conditions
The compact SUV has been put to the test in tough tests over the past few months.
The Tucson had to pass trailer tests, off-road passages and drives under extreme climatic conditions. You can see what was on the agenda in the gallery.
All-wheel drive and torque distribution
On a test site in the Czech Republic, the all-wheel-drive system, torque distribution and its structure were tried and tested at low speeds under various conditions in recent weeks.
In addition, the parking brake, off-road assistance, hill start-up and shut-down assistance, and load capacity on steep inclines between 30 and 45 percent were tested.
Measurement of the noise in the interior
On special road surfaces to test the vehicle in terms of its NVH behavior (means Noise Vibration Harshness), the driving noise and the noise frequency in the vehicle interior were optimized compared with the predecessor.
The Tucson was also tested on rain-soaked roads. The SUV mastered drives through 20 to 30 centimeter deep water ruts without any problems. One can be curious.
