For the first time, the new Honda Jazz offered in Europe is exclusively and exclusively available with a modern hybrid drive. With the new e-HEV technology, the Jazz Hybrid combines performance and efficiency, and with the high-quality interior it sets new standards in comfort.
Specially developed e-HEV system
The e-HEV system is a new development specially tailored to the Jazz. It consists of two compact electric motors in conjunction with a 1.5-liter gasoline engine, the lithium-ion battery, and the intelligently controlled gear transmission. The system output of 109 hp with the total torque of 253 Nm enables acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 9.4 seconds and a top speed of 175 km/h. The driver is thus offered a pleasant driving experience, whether in the city or on the highway. The hybrid system reduces CO2 emissions in the WLTP to 102 g/km. This corresponds to a gasoline consumption of 4.5 l/100 km.
Safety functions as standard
The new edition of the Jazz offers connectivity that ensures owners are fully connected. The new LCD touchscreen reduces the risk of distraction for the driver, as the response time of most controls has been significantly reduced compared to the previous model. Even greater safety is also provided by the various assistance systems, such as the new front-mounted wide-angle camera, which helps to improve the field of vision. Also standard is the safety function automatic emergency braking (Honda Collision Mitigation Brake System), which ensures improved performance at night to detect pedestrians and cyclists.
