Honda is adding a modified front end to the exterior appearance of the best-selling Civic as part of the model overhaul. The vehicle gets a lower air intake with smooth surfaces and styling accents in blade form around the fog lights.

The simplified design of the radiator grille and the new air intake design give the front an even more dynamic look. The face of the Civic is additionally shaped by the full-LED headlights, which are now standard equipment.

Color Obsidian Blue on sale
New 16-inch alloy wheels are now available for the base model, while 17-inch alloy wheels underscore the sporty look in the higher trim levels. The color range is expanded with the new "Obsidian Blue" paint finish.

Keys and knobs
The interior is enhanced by trim with a new surface. The eight-way power-adjustable driver's seat, which is now offered, is comfortable.

The infotainment system allows seamless smartphone integration via Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and is now easier to operate. Honda has also introduced additional buttons and knobs - in addition to the infotainment system, also for controlling the air conditioning.

Six-speed manual transmission or CVT
Propulsion is provided by the gasoline engines in conjunction with CVT or six-speed manual transmission. The 1.0 VTEC TURBO with manual transmission develops 126 hp and 200 Nm of torque (CVT 180 Nm). The larger 1.5 VTEC turbo gasoline engine develops 182 hp and 240 Nm of torque (CVT: 220 Nm).

Market launch and prices for Switzerland have not yet been determined.
