For the regular gasoline engines of the V60, there is a choice of T5 or T6 power. Those who prefer a diesel can choose between D3 and D4.
The Sensus infotainment system in the Volvo V60 is fully compatible with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and 4G, providing fast, stable connectivity.
A typical feature of a station wagon from Sweden is the large trunk, which can easily hold a family's luggage. The V60 is a good example.

Plug-in hybrid drive with 340 or 390 hp
In keeping with Volvo Cars' announcement that it will be the first in the industry to equip all of its vehicles with electric powertrains starting in 2019, the V60 comes with two plug-in hybrid powertrain options: the new T6 Twin Engine AWD plug-in hybrid gasoline engine with a combined output of 340 horsepower or the T8 Twin Engine AWD plug-in hybrid gasoline engine with 390 horsepower.

Emergency braking function as a world first at the salon
City Safety technology with emergency braking function helps drivers avoid collisions with automatic detection and braking systems. It is the only system on the market that detects pedestrians, cyclists and large animals. As a world first, City Safety incorporates an emergency braking function to mitigate impending collisions. The V60 also features Run-off Road Mitigation and Oncoming Lane Mitigation lane departure warning systems to avoid collisions with oncoming traffic, as well as other steering assistance systems.

Full-service subscription with fixed monthly rates
For the first time in this segment, customers can purchase the new V60 via Care by Volvo, which replaces the purchase with a full-service subscription with fixed monthly installments. Care by Volvo makes the vehicle as transparent, easy and hassle-free to maintain as a smartphone. The Volvo V60 will be presented at the Geneva Motor Show (March 8-18 at Palexpo). Swiss prices have not yet been set.
