Prices for the Ford Bronco start at around 30,000 francs excluding taxes and duties.

For the first time, the classic, which ceased production in 1996, will also be available with four doors. The model owes its comeback primarily to its fans. For years, they have been calling for a new edition of the off-road Amis.

Ford advises interested parties to reserve their copy online today in exchange for 100 American dollars. Apparently, the Dearborn-based company expects a fierce rush for this piece of crampon, especially in competition with the Land Rover Defender.

Removable roof and detachable doors
Unlike the English, the Americans don't take the path to modernity via design and technology. The Bronco is more striking and therefore has a retro design.

Optional removable roof sections and swing-out doors turn the Bronco into the ultimate convertible with maximum fresh air intake in no time at all.

With more than 200 accessories, you can further individualize the off-roader.

Depending on requirements, there is 274 or 314 hp
Under the hood there is a choice of a 274-hp four-cylinder or a 314-hp six-cylinder engine. The maximum torque of the turbocharged gasoline engines is 420 or 542 Newton meters.

Both can be combined with a seven-speed manual transmission (6+1) or a ten-speed automatic. Electronically controlled all-wheel drive is standard.

On top, Ford offers a so-called Trail Toolbox, which includes various technologies for driving off paved roads.
