From the first sketches, production of the Ferrari Omologata took over two years.
With its Rosso Magma finish and refined racing paint, the Ferrari Omologata is a clearly recognizable descendant of Ferrari's successful GT tradition, which spans seven decades of history.
Strong connection to the racing heritage
Inside the car, many details point to a strong connection to Ferrari's racing heritage. The power-operated blue seats, finished in a combination of leather and denim Aunde fabric with four-point racing harnesses, stand out against the black interior.
Memory of the 1950s and 1960s
The metal parts on the dashboard and steering wheel have a paint effect associated with the GT racers of the 1950s and 1960s, as well as the camshaft covers of Ferrari engines.
A hammered paint effect so often used on cars like the 250 LM and 250 GTO is found on details like the interior door handles and on the Ferrari F1 bridge.
Tenth one-off model with V12 front engine
The Ferrari Omologata project is the tenth one-off model with a V12 front engine that Ferrari has put on its wheels since the P540 Superfast Aperta in 2009.
From the first presentation of the sketches it took a little more than two years for the production of the bolide. The car was commissioned by a demanding and also financially strong customer.
Many new elements are distinctive
The idea for the car from the outset was to create a design with distinctive, reinterpreted elements. To achieve this, the designers explored the freedoms of the underlying package of the 812 Superfast, retaining only the windshield and headlights as existing body elements.

Road approval without restriction
Meeting all the safety requirements for road approval without limiting the usability and steerability of a Ferrari has always been a particular challenge for the design team led by Flavio Manzoni.
As you can see, and especially as you have heard, the specifications have been fulfilled point by point.
