The VW Tiguan Allspace made its world debut at the 2017 NAIAS in Detroit in early January.

The new SUV is not only recognizable by its extended wheelbase. The individually designed silhouette of the rear section and visual changes also
in the front distinguish it from the more compact version. Thanks to the 11 cm longer wheelbase, the exterior length increases by 21.5 cm. The additional interior space thus creates room for an optional third row of seats, providing space for up to 7 people or 115 liters more trunk volume. The Allspace uses the engine and transmission variants familiar from the shortened sister model. It is fully networked and equipped with the latest assistance systems and features such as the Active Info Display or a head-up display (optional in some cases). At the start of sales, the long Tiguan will also be equipped with the new top infotainment system.

When buying in Switzerland, the Volkswagen Swiss Service Package is automatically included. This VW service package offers cost coverage for all maintenance work including replacement of wear parts up to 100,000 km or 4 years. Presales of the new Tiguan Allspace are expected to start in May.
with up to seven seats. From September, the "Lange" will be available for a test drive at VW's Swiss partners.
