Dähler: M becomes M Plus

COMPETITION LINE The high-performance, visually upgraded M models from BMW continue to enjoy great popularity. At Bern-based tuner Dähler, the current M3 and M4 models are undergoing a further refinement.

At Dähler, the M3 and M4 are undergoing an extensive upgrade regimen with engine outputs of up to 630 hp.

The M family in the mid-range is stronger than ever in the G82/G83 (M4) and G80 (M3) generations - and the G81 station wagon is now also new.

The M4 coupe and its M3 sedan brother have also arrived on the tuning scene. Dähler Competition Line AG has also taken the opportunity to develop an extensive tuning program.

Stage 2 upgrade to 630 hp and 740 Nm
An essential component of the Swiss upgrades are the performance enhancements, which are always developed in-house. With Stage 1 optimization, M3 and M4 output climbs to more than 610 hp, while maximum torque is 720 Nm.

For customers who want a little more power, the Belp-based company offers the alternative Stage 2 upgrade, which provides 630 hp and 740 Nm. There are also two exhaust systems, either a stainless steel version with flap control or a high-performance complete system. Ceramic-coated tailpipes with a diameter of 100 or 114 millimeters are also available.

Lightweight in-house rims
The lightweight in-house CDC1 wheels also enhance driving dynamics. They are available for the M4 and M3 either as forged 10 x 20-inch all-round versions with 285/30 R 20 tires at the front and 295/30 R 20 at the rear or as conventional cast wheels in 9.5 x 21 and 10.5 x 21 inches with 255/30 and 305/30 tires.

From the end of July there will also be a completely new forged wheel design, the CDC2 Forged.
