The Leon Cupra R ST has a powerful heart: The familiar 2.0 TSI produces a whopping 300 hp and provides powerful thrust thanks to its torque of 400 Nm. According to the factory, the fast station wagon sprints to 100 km/h in 4.9 seconds. The speed is electronically limited at 250 km/h.
The Spaniard owes its powerful acceleration not least to the sophisticated 4Drive all-wheel drive system, which distributes power to all four wheels as required, thus ensuring optimum traction.
Sportier chassis and carbon
The Leon Cupra R ST features improvements to the front axle with a negative camber of two degrees to improve handling and cornering speed. On the rear axle, the negative camber is also two degrees. Deceleration is provided by the Brembo brake system.
The power station wagon emphasizes its dynamism with an exhaust system that also visually underscores its sporty sound with four tailpipes.
