Plug-in hybrid
New combination of high-level driving dynamics with efficient eDrive hybrid technology: the four-door sedan BMW 330e.
Plug-in hybrid
With 2-liter turbo gasoline engine and electric motor to 252 hp system performance and low gasoline and electricity consumption.

The addition of a plug-in hybrid version to the model range gives the newly launched BMW 3 Series a forward-looking enhancement. In the 330e model, the latest generation of eDrive technology combined with a four-cylinder gasoline engine provides a significant boost in sportiness and a more pronounced electric driving experience.
Integrated for the first time at BMW, the Xtra Boost temporarily increases the system output of the plug-in hybrid drive from 185 kW (252 hp) by up to an additional 30 kW (41 hp). This means that the powertrain not only responds more spontaneously, but also offers an extended electric range. Now, up to 60 kilometers can be covered on battery power alone.

Sporty driving performance
The Bavarians use a 2-liter turbo gasoline engine with 184 hp as the combustion engine, which is supported by an electric motor with 50 kW (68 hp) continuous output and 83 kW (113 hp) peak output, respectively. This enables the BMW 330e to accelerate from zero to 100 km/h in 6.0 seconds, and the top speed is 230 km/h.
In Hybrid driving mode, the car can travel at a speed of up to 110 km/h in pure electric mode, and even up to 140 km/h in Electric mode. The price for the new PHEV version 330e is not yet known.
