According to the factory, the RS 3 of the four rings accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.8 seconds.

The 2.5-liter in-line five-cylinder engine, which is forced by a turbocharger, produces a smooth 400 hp; power is available from 5600 to 7000 rpm.

The maximum torque of 500 Newton meters can be called up between 2250 and 5600 rpm. Power is transmitted to all four wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission with wet clutch.

Dynamic packages up to 250, 280 or 290 km/h
According to the factory, the RS3 accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h (62.14 mph) in 3.8 seconds, and propulsion is limited to 250, 280 or 290 km/h (155, 155.34 mph) depending on the Dynamics package selected.

The standard flap exhaust provides adequate acoustic background while complying with the strictest noise regulations.

Audi RS 3
The Audi RS 3 Sportback and RS 3 Sedan will also be available to order in Switzerland from mid-August 2021.

Waiver of electronic brake intervention
One of the most interesting technical details is the torque splitter, which replaces the rear differential. The torque is distributed variably via electronically controlled multi-plate clutches on both rear drive shafts.

With this active torque distribution, the otherwise usual electronic brake intervention can be dispensed with, and agility increases significantly. And depending on the driving mode selected, it is even possible to achieve an oversteering characteristic that facilitates drifts.

Semi-slick tires Pirelli P Zero Trofeo R
Just how serious the Audians are about the RS3 is also demonstrated by other dynamic options such as the Pirelli P Zero Trofeo R semi-slick tires available for the first time and the RS sports suspension with more negative camber and modified hardware components compared with the A3 and S3.

Independent front and rear skirts
The high standards of the new Audi RS3, which is available with both a hatchback (Sportback) and notchback, are manifested stylistically in distinctive front and rear aprons and an exclusive lighting design.

The front wheel arches are clearly flared. And the interior not only features outstanding sports seats, but also special instrumentation with decidedly futuristic graphics.

Swiss market launch in fall
The new RS 3 models will be launched on the Swiss market this fall. The base price for the RS 3 Sportback is 76,700 Swiss francs, while the RS 3 Sedan is listed at 77,950 Swiss francs.
