700 hp and a torque of 753 Nm
At the heart of the V12 Speedster is the 5.2-liter twin-turbo V12 engine with a peak output of 700 hp and 753 Nm of torque. The front-mid engine made of light alloy with four camshafts and 48 valves is complemented by an 8-speed automatic transmission with rear limited-slip differential.
The V12 Speedster accelerates to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.5 seconds and is limited to a top speed of 300 km/h (186 mph).
Striking accents in elegant Satin Black
The V12 Speedster was unveiled at the Gaydon headquarters in a concept design inspired by the F/A-18 Hornet and will be available to customers on order only. Prices and further detail are available on request.
This eye-catching custom paint scheme, the result of a collaboration with Boeing and created by Q by Aston Martin, takes its cue from the iconic fighter jet. It features a Skyfall Silver finish with distinctive Satin Black accents on the tailpipes, air vents and air deflectors.
It probably doesn't get much more imaginative than this. Enjoy the pictures in the gallery.
