In the wake of the Federal Council's decision to allow young people from the age of 16 to ride motorcycles and scooters with a cylinder capacity of 125 cm³ and a maximum of 11 kW as of 2021, the organizers are launching the "Swiss-Moto Youth" meeting place.
Industry experts explain guidelines
The platform appeals to future motorcycle riders with a mix of show, news, gaming and first ride opportunities. Through the cooperation with the Motosuisse association, industry experts will be on site to explain the new guidelines.
Yamaha, Kawasaki and numerous electric moto suppliers will present their entry-level models and let youngsters test their favorite two-wheelers.
Action with international professionals
As a highlight, the organizers are reviving the crowd-puller Streetbike Freestyle Show after a ten-year break.
International professionals will provide action there with spectacular stunts, smoky burnouts and daredevil maneuvers.
Commitments from many well-known brands
For the popular motorcycle show, brands such as Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki, Indian, iXS Motorcycle Fashion, Scott, Bridgestone, Michelin and Zero have confirmed their participation.
But new brands such as Shark, Caberg and Baxter will also be represented. Once again, the Swiss lubricant manufacturer Panolin will be there as an exhibitor - and now also as a co-sponsor.
The Swiss-Moto 2019 video showed fans what great action awaits them again this year.
