Numerous industry leaders as well as new brands have already confirmed their participation in Swiss-Moto. In addition to the novelties of the upcoming motorcycle season and the revival of the popular Streetbike Freestyle Show, next year's event will focus on the new meeting point "Swiss-Moto Youth".
New platform for young people
In the wake of the Federal Council's decision to allow young people aged 16 and over to ride motorcycles and scooters with a cylinder capacity of 125 cm3 (maximum power 11 kW) from 2021, the organizers are launching the new offer.
The platform appeals to young people between 14 and 17 years of age and welcomes future motorcycle riders with a mix of shows, news, gaming and the opportunity to experience their first driving tests.
Advantages of motorcycling
Organizer Yves Vollenweider: "This adjustment opens up new exciting opportunities and possibilities both for the motorized two-wheeler industry in Switzerland and for Swiss-Moto. For us as an industry driver with a digital reach of around 1.7 million people interested in motorcycles and media coverage worth over 1.3 million Swiss francs, it is clear that we are now reacting to convince the next generation about the many advantages of motorcycling."

Two-wheeler offers independence.
A campaign aimed at this target group is planned, which will use wit and creativity to point out the many plus points of a motorized two-wheeler at a young age, such as the unrivaled price/performance ratio compared to public transportation and, above all, the independence associated with a two-wheeler.
Tips from connoisseurs of the scene
Thanks to the cooperation with the motosuisse association, experienced industry experts will be on hand to explain the guidelines that will apply from 2021. Various brands such as Yamaha, Kawasaki and numerous suppliers of e-motos will present their entry-level models and let young people test their favorite models.
As an additional highlight, the organizers are reviving the crowd-pulling Streetbike Freestyle Show after a ten-year break. International stunt professionals will provide action with spectacular performances, smoking burnouts and daredevil maneuvers on two or one wheel.
Industry leaders and new brands
For the next Swiss-Moto brands such as Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki, Indian, iXS Motorcycle Fashion, Scott, Bridgestone, Michelin and Zero have already confirmed their participation. New brands such as Shark, Caberg and Baxter are also represented.
