The battery block is mounted deep in the chassis
The powertrain of the Å koda RE-X1 Kreisel delivers 600 Newton meters of torque. Kreisel's high-performance lithium-ion battery has a capacity of 52.5 kWh. For optimum performance, the battery pack is mounted as low as possible in the chassis and is liquid-cooled by Shell E-Fluids.
Version for gravel tracks in preparation
The first chassis built by Å koda Motorsport for the concept car is an asphalt version. Baumschlager Rally & Racing, the project partner for the test program and future competition activities, has already extended the development of the RE-X1 gyro to gravel tracks.
