Looking forward to Slalom Frauenfeld: Daniel Mauerhofer will have a lot of driving fun with his new Norma Honda.

Daniel Mauerhofer has since sold this car and invested the proceeds in a Norma Honda. The two-liter sports car belonged to Herbert Hunziker, who has also acquired a new Norma. Daniel Mauerhofer: "I was already interested in this car two years ago, but the deal never materialized. I was already thinking of buying a Formula 3000 for historic events until Herbert Hunziker contacted me again. This time we came to an agreement."

More driving pleasure at significantly lower costs
The premiere with the open two-seater, which Daniel Mauerhofer has painted yellow like his earlier racing cars, is something the long-time president of Ecurie Basilisk himself looks forward to with excitement: "Because of its size, this course is not ideal. But it's a good opportunity to familiarize myself with the car before I compete in hillclimb races with it. For me, it's all about the driving fun, plus a sports car like this is cheaper than some E1 touring cars."
