Fast Italian Matteo Cairoli has already added four victories to his points tally this season. Now he has to keep his nerve and build on his successes in Barcelona, Monaco, Hockenheim and Monza to secure the championship crown. Team boss Alex Fach is confident: "We are well prepared and have spent a lot of time on the simulator. The tension in the team is high, but the pressure is taken off us by the fact that we're in the chasing pack." The second driver in the team, Philipp Frommenwiler, has the opportunity to climb up another place in the standings on the challenging Texas test track. He is tied for eighth place with Christian Engelhart and can put an exclamation mark on his well-run season with a good result.
