Lexus has found a new entry team to field its RC F GT3s in the Blancpain GT Series. Until 2018, the Swiss team of Emil Frey Racing fielded the two GT3s from Toyota's luxury brand. The team from Safenwil swapped the two RC F GT3s for two Lamborghini Huracán GT3 Evo cars (AutoSprintCH reported).

First test drives on March 13 in France
Following in the footsteps of Emil Frey Racing is the cooperation between Tech 1 Racing and Panis-Barthez Compétition. The racing team will participate in both the Blancpain Endurance Cup and the Blancpain GT World Challenge Europe (formerly Blancpain Sprint Cup). The drivers are to be announced before the official test at Circuit Paul Ricard. This test will start on March 13.

Team manager Simon Abadie: "We are aware of the challenge that awaits us in this strong championship. We have to adapt to our new car, new tires and new competitors. We will give everything in our power so that we and Lexus will be successful."
