It is well known that Lewis Hamilton has a passion for motorcycles. The now five-time Formula 1 world champion is said to have a close relationship with MV Agusta and even worked intensively on the special Brutale 800 RR LH44 model. It was therefore only a matter of time before Hamilton got on the saddle of a racing motorcycle. After all, Monster Energy is one of his sponsors.

And so Hamilton mingled with a group of British amateurs at the "No Limits Track Days" in Jerez de la Fontera (E) last weekend. For just under 900 euros, they were allowed to do their laps on various racing machines for a day.

Professional coaching
Hamilton was of course accompanied by his business partners from Monster Energy. The Briton chose the Yamaha R1 Sport in an attempt to emulate his friend Valentino Rossi.

The Formula 1 world champion showed that he also knows how to handle a racing motorcycle well.

The 73-time GP winner appeared with a black motorcycle and a black helmet. The machine was provided by the Crescent Pata WSBK team. Hamilton was coached during his outings by British Superbike World Championship rider Alex Lowes, the brother of MotoGP rider Sam Lowes, who was also present.

Slips without consequences
The Mercedes GP rider didn't quite manage to get around on the two Yamaha bikes without crashing. Fortunately, nothing happened during a short slip - only his sports equipment suffered damage.

Now there is already speculation in certain forums and circles as to whether Lewis Hamilton is toying with the idea of switching to the motorcycle circus at some point.
