The Safenwil-based team brought the three Lamborghini trios in the field of 43 GT3 sports cars to the finish line in 4th, 5th and 8th place at the 3-hour race at the Nürburgring, accompanied by summer temperatures.
Championship title within reach
In eighth place, Ricardo Feller, who made up several positions as a brilliant final runner, Alex Fontana and Rolf Ineichen won the Silver Cup category, in which they are now reaching for the title.
Raffaele Marciello from Ticino, driving under the Italian flag, finished second with his Mercedes team, just 1.2 seconds behind the winning Lamborghini from Italy.

Victories for Daniel Allemann and Autorama Motorsport
However, the greatest successes were achieved by Swiss teams and drivers at the Barcelona 24 Hours, a round of the 2021 24H Series.
In Herberth Motorsport's double victory with their two Porsche 911 GT3 R cars, Daniel Allemann from Solothurn was part of the quartet of drivers at the top of the leader board. For the fast gentleman racer, it is already the third triumph at this race after 2016 and 2018.
Autorama Motorsport by Wolf-Power Racing also landed a double victory in the touring car category. Jasmin Preisig drove the number #1 VW Golf GTI TCR to a lucky second place, just 41 seconds behind #112, after her car ended up in the gravel in the first hour after being shot down by a GT3 Mercedes. The Appenzeller was the only Swiss member of the eight-strong driver squad.

Ellis cheers, Müller haggles
In the DTM at the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg, Philip Ellis in the Mercedes-AMG GT3 of Winward Racing secured the third podium finish in the current DTM season.
After the start of the first race, the Zug native moved up from sixth to fourth place in the first few corners. A fierce duel for the last podium spot in race one flared up until the last lap, which Ellis ultimately decided in his favor.
In Sunday's race, Ellis shone again in fourth place, whereas Nico Müller came away empty-handed in both races. In short, his Audi R8 LMS didn't have the speed to have a say in the awarding of points or podiums.
Here are the results of Race 1 Race 2 1, Race 2 and the DTM championship standings.
The highlights of race 1 in Spielberg show how Philip Ellis drove to 3rd place. Liam Lawson dominated the action at the Nürburgring in his Ferrari 488.
Yann Zimmer's longed-for podium
In the antechamber of the DTM, Yann Zimmer scored his first podium in the GT4 class. After the driver from Neuchâtel had already narrowly missed out several times in fourth and fifth place, he secured second place in a BMW M4 in the ninth race of the season.
Although Zimmer suffered a broken suspension in a close fight with a competitor on the way to another top result the other day and retired, he is still a good fourth in the 2021 DTM Trophy and thus the best-placed Swiss. Lukas Mauron, last winner on points at the Nürburgring in an Audi R8, came away empty-handed this time.
