Motivated: Marylin Niederhauser (2nd from right) is looking forward to her second F4 season with Rennsport Rössler.

"I'm now much more relaxed about the challenges ahead. After a year in ADAC Formula 4, I know what to expect and can build on my experience. I want to regularly fight in the midfield and perhaps set myself even higher goals as the season progresses," Niederhauser explained.

Their team - Rennsport Rössler - is contesting its first season in Formula 4. The team from Germany has 40 years of experience in junior racing. In 2015, the team from Germany celebrated the title in the Austrian Formula 3 Championship. Niederhauser already got to know her new team during test drives. "The collaboration worked great from the very first minute." The Bernese wants to use her accumulated experience from last season to give the team further input. "Then nothing will stand in the way of a successful season," she declared confidently.

In 2016, 17 teams with 45 cars will compete in the German ADAC Formula 4. With Moritz Müller-Crepon (Van Amersfoort Racing) and Marylin Niederhauser, two Swiss youngsters are already on the grid. The other drivers will be announced during the official tests at Oschersleben (D) on April 4, 2016.
