Fach Auto Tech: A great win for the anniversary 🎥

VERDIENT In Fach Auto Tech's 100th race in the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup, everything fell into place: Starting from pole position, Dutch youngster Morris Schuring clinched the 18th victory in team history.

The Fach Auto Tech team boss was among the first to congratulate Morris Schuring after his victory. In a turbulent race at Circuit Zandvoort, the 18-year-old kept a cool head and defended his top position from the first to the last lap.

Team manager Alex Fach: "We can clearly speak here of a milestone that we reached this weekend. Since we entered the championship in 2013, we've been at every race and have experienced ups and downs. This season we managed to turn things around. I dedicate this victory in this very special race to all the partners and companions who have accompanied us along the way."

Youngest winner of the championship

For Fach Auto Tech, it was already the third victory in the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup within a few weeks. Before that, Schuring won the round at Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium, where he became the youngest winner in the championship to date. His two wins and another fourth place after an impressive recovery in the second race at Zandvoort earned him tidy points. Before the finale in Monza, the Dutchman is in third place in the drivers' standings.

Alexander Fach got important counters

Alexander Fach was also among the winning drivers in previous weeks. The 21-year-old triumphed at Silverstone at the beginning of July and also scored valuable points at Zandvoort. After taking seventh place on Saturday, he followed this up with eighth position on Sunday. Read more in the current issue of AutoSprintCH.

Gustav Burton once again showed his strengths in a duel on the North Sea coast. The Briton held his own in a fiercely contested midfield and finished fifth and fourth in the rookie classification. Daring overtaking maneuvers on the demanding dune circuit were among the highlights for the 20-year-old.

The eighth and final race of the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup will take place on September 3 in Monza, Italy. AutoSprintCH congratulates warmly and wishes continued success.
