Yves Meyer and Joshua Reynolds let the rubber smoke at a local event of the DRIFT.DE series in Hockenheim.

Meyer tested his new training vehicle, a BMW E46 with a V8 supercharged engine. His Drift Force teammate and Event Seelisberg business partner put the spurs to his Toyota GT86.

Return strengthened
Apart from a few minor issues, the two cars ran perfectly. In sporting terms, the training under competition conditions didn't pay off, as they describe in the video.

At the next event of the DRIFT.DE series from July 31 to August 2 in Hockenheim, they plan to train again and make a stronger appearance.

US season starts in September
Unfortunately, Reynolds had to cancel the Japan project planned for 2020. The entry and transport regulations do not allow a participation due to time and financial reasons.

By contrast, Meyer and Reynolds can plan their first U.S. season in Formula Drift. The cars have already been transported overseas in February.

Formula Drift begins almost five months late with four double events starting in September.
