Starting with the upcoming season event for the Nürburgring Endurance Series, which will be held on July 11 and 12 as part of a double event, teams can compete in the VLN class "BMW M2 CS Racing".

Successor to the BMW M240i Racing
This category is for the new entry-level model in the BMW M Customer Racing program. Alongside the BMW M240i Racing Cup, in which the predecessor BMW M240i Racing competes, it is the second pure BMW class in the Nürburgring Endurance Series.

The BMW M2 CS Racing can be driven on the Nordschleife with the DMSB Level B permit. With it, BMW M Customer Racing continues the tradition of near-series customer sports vehicles.

Baptism of fire passed in customer hands
Like the BMW M235i Racing and the BMW M240i Racing, the latest member of the BMW M customer sports product range enables ambitious teams and drivers to enter the world of racing.

Trial runs in Miramas and Portimão were followed by the first outings under racing conditions in the past NLS season. At the 2020 season opener on June 27, the BMW M2 CS Racing also made its first appearance in customer hands. The Walkenhorst Motorsport vehicle crossed the finish line after four hours in second position in the SP8T class.
