BMW: The CW 04 e-scooter shows the future

The reduced-power light scooter version delivers 15 or 31 hp. Both versions are 120 km/h fast. The more powerful CE 04 sprints from 0 to 50 km/h in 2.6 seconds and has a range of around 130 kilometers.
Quick charger as optional equipment
The drive is mounted in the area between the battery and rear wheel. According to BMW, the charging time for the lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 8.9 kilowatt hours is four hours and 20 minutes when the aukk is completely empty.
With the fast charger available as an optional extra with up to 6.9 kW power (2.3 kW as standard), the charging process is reduced to one hour and 40 minutes. If the battery is discharged to 20 percent and charged to 80 percent, the charging time can be reduced to 45 minutes with the fast charger.
Traction control and anti-skid system
The BMW CE 04 is equipped with traction control and optional lean angle traction control. It rolls on 15-inch wheels, which are decelerated at the front by a double disc brake. The driver has three driving programs at his disposal: "Eco", "Rain" and "Road", plus "Dynamic" as an optional extra.
Integrated map navigation and connectivity
The CE 04 is equipped as standard with a 10.25-inch TFT color display with integrated map navigation and connectivity. The special features of the electric scooter include side storage compartments and the option of opening the helmet compartment under the seat bench even when seated.
Typical BMW features include additional optional equipment ex works, including cornering lights and cornering ABS instead of standard ABS. Prices on request.
