TikTok: Click parade of the most popular models
GERMAN BRANDS POPULAR The comparison platform Uswitch.com has investigated which car brands and which model ranges are the most popular based on video views on TikTok.
BMW turned out to be the most popular brand on TikTok. More than 17.6 billion video clicks were registered via the app. The German manufacturer now wants to capitalize on this popularity.
Mercedes-Benz achieved around 9.1 billion views, putting it in second place in the ranking. The most important model series were the S-Class, G-Class and CLA-Class.
Ranking sports car brands
Since the majority of views are of luxury vehicles, it is hardly surprising that Lamborghini has landed in third place. So far, the Italians have had 8.3 billion views. Tesla, Audi, Ford, Honda, KTM, Ferrari and Jeep follow behind the top 3.
Mustang winner among models
The Ford Mustang leads the model series ranking with 3.9 billion views. Its successors are (see gallery) Nissan GT-R, Toyota Supra, Chevrolet Camaro, Range Rover, Honda Civic, Lamborghini Huracan, Subaru WRX, Lamborghini Aventador and Tesla Model 3. More info here.
