First female winner of the legendary classic in the Eifel
Sabine Schmitz regularly drives in the endurance championship (VLN) and in the 24-hour race at the Nürburgring: in 1996 she was the first woman to win the Eifel classic and repeated this success the following year.
As a long-time driver of the Ring Taxi and as a presenter of various car shows, she became known to a wide audience.
