Seat: Double world championship title for Swiss team

This year, the categories tested were expanded and representatives from the sales department were also allowed to take part. In the final round of the competition, 196 participants from 27 nations were tested in the following categories: Mechanic/Electrician, Service Advisor, Service Manager, Warranty Advisor, Painter, Parts Service Manager, Salesperson, Fleet Manager, Product Expert and Best Team.
Following theoretical tests, the candidates had to prove their mastery of their profession in a practical test. For example, Hannes Näf had to detect faults installed in the vehicle before delivery to the customer and diagnose malfunctions precisely. Christian Misteli was able to demonstrate his product knowledge and his expertise in the field of fleet management was also tested.
