Scania Schweiz AG regularly carries out satisfaction surveys for the areas of sales and service. When it comes to the acceptance of a Scania commercial vehicle workshop in the Swiss organization, success does not go past Schumont AG in Rüthi. Several times already, this Scania dealership in the St. Gallen Rhine Valley has been able to enjoy positive customer feedback and thus accept the award for best service company. Once again, this company won the winner's laurels with a score of 9.35, just ahead of VIT Veicoli Industriali Ticino SA in Manno and Garage Bruno Studer AG in Visp. With 9.2 points, Scania Schweiz AG in Kloten beat Scania Schweiz AG in St. Gallen in second place and Schumont AG in third place in the sales activities.
